Welcome to Europe-DVD on the Web!

This is Europe-DVD, an internet-based information service designed to bring together people based in Europe (and other PAL territories) and enable them to discuss and learn more about this interesting video disc format. This web site and the mailing list that is the mainstay of the service grew out of the Europe-LD service which has operated since 1990. It is provided as a free service by Bevis King and kindly hosted by the School of Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Mathematics at the University of Surrey in Guildford, UK.
