Output Format

The tracking results on the XM2VTS database are stored in .spl file for every frame in each sequence. The .spl file has exactly the same format as in lip tracking experiments on the M2VTS database.

To find results for a particular person, look at the description of directory structure.

• The .spl file contains a complete description of the spline -- spline order, spline type, number of control points and their positions, etc. Look at an example of .spl file with the data description.
• Information contained in the .spl file can be used to draw the spline (its polygonal approximation) in the original image. See Visualisation.
