- Systems: W-LAN, Bluetooth, GSM, GPRS, W-CDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA, DVB-T, Inmarsat, S-UMTS
- Link layer models: W-CDMA, TD-CDMA, HSDPA, CDMA2000, MC-CDMA
- Network models: GSM and GPRS & R.6
- Mobility schemes: CIP, HAWAII, intersystem & inter frequency, soft/softer handover
- Ad-hoc system models: different QoS routing algorithms
- Multi-user detectors: (SIC, PIC and hybrids with and without adaptive techniques)
- Interference modelling: mixed-services (packet and circuit switched) CDMA, OFDM, MC-CDMA
